We’ve used Ben & his crew for new window installation, window replacement, and sliding glass door replacement at two different houses now. He is meticulous, detail-oriented, and extremely honest about everything he does. He shows up exactly when he says he will and has always been very responsive to our random questions and requests. He has not hesitated to break down the pros and cons of every product we’ve bought from him, and that is really helpful when you’re Trying to compare six different brands and five different quotes! We recommend him to everyone we know looking for windows or doors- as far as I can tell his biggest flaw is that he doesn’t market himself very aggressively!.
